Cookies

  1. Cookies are small files that will automatically take place on the User's device that performs the function of saving User preferences and configurations while visiting a site.

  3. When User accesses and/or uses links to Third Party Sites/Applications and/or Third Party Content, BINA is not responsible for protecting any data and/or information that the User provides. BINA is not responsible for any information contained on Third Party Sites/Applications and/or Third Party Content, including but not limited to the impact caused by accessing Third Party Sites/Applications and/or Third Party Content.
  4. Users are advised to study and read carefully the personal information handling policies applicable on Third Party Sites/Applications and/or Third Party Content.
  5. BINA provides links to Third Party Sites/Applications and/or Third Party Content only for the convenience of User. This should not be construed as endorsement, adoption, sponsorship, affiliation between BINA and Third Party Sites/Applications and/or or Third Party Content.

B. User Choice and Transparency

  1. Mobile devices in general (iOS, Android, etc.) have settings so that the Site/Application cannot access certain Data without the consent of the User. The mobile device will notify the User when BINA application first requests access to the Data.
  2. Users can access and change information in the form of email address, telephone or mobile phone numbers, date of birth, gender, address list through the settings feature on the Site/Application.
  3. To the extent permitted by applicable regulations, User may contact BINA to withdraw consent to the acquisition, collection, storage, management and use of Data. If this happens, the User understands that the User can no longer use the services available on the Site/Application.
  4. If there is a failure in Data protection, BINA will inform the User in the form of a written notification that includes the cause of the failure of Data protection, no later than 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date it is known that there is a Data protection failure.

C. Data Storage and Deletion

  1. BINA will retain Data as long as the User's account remains active.
  2. BINA will continue to store Data until a request for Data deletion or withdrawal of approval is made on the acquisition, collection, storage, management and use of Data by the User through the User Service.
  3. BINA will delete Data in accordance with the provisions of applicable legal regulations.
